This is quite a bluetooth speaker. Before I begin, let me tell you that I listen to Rock/Classic Rock/Alternative, all either downloaded from iTunes/Amazon or from burned CDs. Since I'm sure the type and quality of music will affect your experience with the speaker, I figure it's relevant to divulge this information.

Now, onto the speaker itself. It comes in excellent packaging, which includes a small pamphlet and the speaker's charger. The design of the speaker is excellent - it really looks like the premium speaker that it is. The leather strap is premium as well. It looks good, feels good, and is useful. The speaker is a bit larger than others, but it is thin, flat, and light. There is a USB port to charge your phone from the speaker (very cool, although I haven't tested how useful this really may be yet), an auxiliary input, and a spot for B&O's proprietary charger (sorry, no micro-USB charging for this speaker). Under the speaker grille is a USB port, conceivably for software updates or maintenance.

The sound quality of the A2 is truly phenomenal. The "True 360" moniker is appropriate, as no matter where in the room you are relative to the speaker, the experience is the same. You can comfortably listen to this speaker at half-volume, jam out by turning it up a bit louder, or fill a whole house at max-volume. Turned all the way up, this speaker is incredibly impressive, sounding more like a full stereo system than the small bluetooth speaker it is. I had NO distortion at any volume level or with any song. Again, this may just be my experience based on the music I have/listen to, but regardless, there has been no distortion. Bass, treble, and mids are all accurately reproduced. Sitting in front of the speaker, there is almost a true stereo affect. Soft or loud, this speaker sounds superlative. So far, battery life has been good for me. If this ceases to be true, I'll update the review with more details.
