Reviews

I expected more for the money. Chromatic aberration is excessive in my opinion. The photos are soft with this lens. Have been using this for over three years now on Pentax K-7.
Mostly architectural and real estate photography.
Occasionally use it for landscape photography.
I bought this lens at Amazon 2 months ago for my Pentax K-3 for wide field landscape&street shooting. I have used it on trips to the Red Sea and the Judaea and Negev Deserts. Took me some hundreds of shootings to understand the upsides and downsides. Bottom line is that I like it very much. Excellent value for money. It is my first real wide angle ( I got the Pentax Kit 18-135 which is very good ) and except of shadow issues while using flesh at 10-13 mm Im satisfied.
I’m not a pro photographer, but I like good quality lens at good prices. Unfortunately this isn’t one, the lens had trouble focusing trough the viewfinder, and corner were super soft even at f11.
